Fall risk is always a concern but becomes critically important as we age. Addressing the weaknesses, unsafe habits, and environmental risks can minimize your risk for falls and hospitalization.
Strengthening.
Addressing specific weaknesses as well as general strengthening can be a big part of recovery, reducing pain, and regaining mobility. You don’t always need fancy equipment or big weights. I can bring a variety of tools to you or use equipment you already have.
Recovery.
Whether it’s recovering from orthopedic surgery, a stroke, or just a minor illness that reduced your ability to be independent, I can help you get back to your prior abilities if not better than you’ve been in a long time.
